Assessment

  • Explain and demonstrate an artwork they were inspired by.

  • Use of Visual arts elements, materials, techniques and processes.

  • Presenting the artwork describing visual conventions (symbols, color, composition) they have used.

  • Responses and reflection on own and peer artwork comparing the artwork they were inspired by.

 

Evaluation

  • A visual art piece (Drawing, Painting, Printmaking, Digital Art, Collage or a Poster)

  • Clearly portraying two distinct environments. The environment animals are leaving and the environment they are reaching.

  • Artwork shows journey or pathway.

 

Feedback

  • Specific constructive feedback focused on both strengths and improvements needed, linking to skills (idea, imagination, use of elements of art and processes). Encouragement to further their experimentation and creativity.
